Q103: When a wife dies, what are the rules for a husband

Assalamualaykum, when a wife dies, what are the rules for the husband, like looking at her, touching her, when burying can he touch her body to position her body to face Qiblah?

Answer

He is allowed to look at her but not give ghusl to her or give kafn to her. He is allowed to touch her but with a cloth or some covering. Like when lowering the body into the grave. This is because when she dies, the Nikah is finished and for this reason when we go into Jannah, Nikah will be done again Inshallah.
