Q619: platinum ring for men, and how much weight of silver ring.

Assalamualaikum. Whether platinum ring is permissible for men to wear. What is the permissible weight of silver ring which man can wear.

Platinum rings are not allowed for men, only silver rings allowed and they should be no more than one mithqal, which is approximately 5 grams wassalam
