If one’s tooth was loose and it came out or it was extracted smoothly without any bleeding, the fast will not break. However, if it involved bleeding and blood went down the throat, it will break the fast. Qadhā will be necessary.

قلت ومن هذا يُعلم من قلع ضرسه فى رمضان ودخل الدم الى جوفه فى النهار ولو نائما فيجب عليه القضاء
