Q160: Ghusl/wudhu with fractured arm

Asalamualykum mufti sahib, I have fractured my arm unfortunately may Allah make my arm get better for me, ameen. I wanted to know that how do I perform ghusl and wudhu with a cast on my arm that cannot get wet. when I have a shower I put a plastic bag on my arm. So how should I perform ghusl and make wudhu on the arm

What you are doing by putting a plastic bag to cover it is correct. When you finish ghusl, just wipe a wet hand over the whole plaster.
