If I’m looking for a wife and meet a sister who does not wear the niqaab/face veil, would I be sinful in accepting the marriage or would I have to ask her to wear the niqaab? If she refuses to wear it and we marry would I also be sinful?

Answer

Don’t be too strict, otherwise you will never find a wife. As long as she is modestly dressed and a practicing Muslimah, with good characters, you should be OK. Then in future you can work on her niqaab.
