Question
I Usually find i need about 8-10 hours sleep a day, maybe this is through years of being lazy. But now I have a job, I go to madrassah and am trying to pray tahajudd. Is there any way duas, actions etc. which will make me stronger so I don’t need so much sleep? I don’t see how I will be able to get married in this situation
Answer
Six hours is enough for a grown up. Whatever more is due to laziness. Read the last few verses of Surah Kahf before you go to sleep and make intention of rising at a particular time and inshallah Allah will wake you up.
The verses to read are as follows:
(107-110 – Surah Kahf)
