Q350: Language in Jannah

Question

Will the people of Jannat all speak Arabic?

Answer

Yes.  That was the original language that was given to Sayyiduna Adam alayhis-salaam when he was created in Jannah.

One hadith says:

“Love the Arabs for three reasons:

1. I am an Arab
2. The Qur’an is in Arabic
3. And the conversation of the people of Jannah will be in Arabic.”
