Q674: Is benylin cough syrup allowed?

Assalam , mufti sabb are you allowed to have ethanol in cough syrups… Its benylin chest coughs original it states it has 5 vol % of ethanol. Will await you reply and please pray for bahr academy

Benylin cough syrup is allowed. It is not made to intoxicate the mind. The alcohol in it is not real alcohol and that is also minimal.

You should have asked mufti A Muheet Saheb. May Allah make all the work of bahr academy easy for all the team and fulfil all ur needs. wassalam
