Q689: Interpertation of dreaming of wolf

Salaam Sheikh,

I have just had a dream last night and the dream i had was that my friend was in my house and had captured a wolf in my basement. I had gone downstairs and i saw a white wolf caged up with three red scratches near its eye. I came upstairs and we heard noises as the wolf broke out of its cage. We ran out the house and into a neighbors backyard. I just wanted to know what the meaning of this dream would be as i was told seeing a wolf in your dream is not a good sign.

Imam ibn sireen has interpreted wolf with a thief. Be careful with regards to your property and belongings. Putting it in a cage could mean capturing him and coming out could mean him going loose. Wallahu a’alam
