Question

Assalamualaikum,

I’m a university student studying graphic design. As part of my final year major project I have decided to create a book of 100 reasons why Islam does not force violence. As you are well aware Islam has been branded as a violent religion that promotes terrorism. I wish to include verses from the Quraan and Ahadeeth of the prophet (peace and blessing be upon him) to educate not primarily muslims but also non-muslims of the Islamic teachings. Islam forbids evils and promoted equal rights to human and animals. I want to convey this message. I was wondering if you can help me on this project by writing an article which i can include or stating Ahadeeths and Quranic verses that may help me.

Very good ideas! May Allah reward you for your efforts. You need to delve into Quran and Hadith, read through a lot and you will get amples of material for your project.
