Q883: Watch with vertical lines which look like cross

As-Salamu Alaykum. I wanted to ask a quick question: I have a watch which on the dial has lots of vertical lines on it, now when the second and hour hands go over it horizontally, will this be making crucifixes or is this waswasa? Jazak Allah Khayr.
