Answer:

Hazrat Aishah R.A narrated the when the Prophet of Allah Salla Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam would intend to apply oil on his head, he would pour the oil on his left palm, then he would apply some oil on his eyebrows, then he would apply oil on his eyes, then, he would apply oil on his head.

Some weak narrations state that to apply oil in this manner stops a person from getting headaches.

It is also reported from Hazrat Jabir R.A that when the Prophet of Allah Salla Allahu Alayhi Wa Sallam would apply oil on his head, he would start from the front of his (From the forehead).

Applying oil on the eyes probably refers to applying oil on the eyelids.

عَن عَائِشَة بِإِسْنَاد صَحِيح(كَانَ إِذا أدهن) أَي تطلى بالدهن أَي أَرَادَ ذَلِك (صب) الدّهن (فِي رَاحَته الْيُسْرَى فَبَدَأَ بحاجبيه) فدهنهما (ثمَّ عَيْنَيْهِ ثمَّ رَأسه). (التيسير بشرح الجامع الصغير 2/236)
